William F. McDonough is the owner of The McDonough Law Office, P.L., where he focuses his practice on technology law and related contracts.  Mr. McDonough is admitted to practice law in Florida and holds a law degree from Stetson University College of Law, a LL.M. from University of Miami School of Law and a M.B.A from Stetson University.   Prior to opening The McDonough Law Office, P.L., Mr. McDonough practiced Mergers and Acquisitions for Allen Systems Group Inc., an enterprise software provider.
