Tom Ericsson: Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Natural Resource Conservation and a MS in Decision and Information Sciences. In addition to Tom’s academic experience he also has 12+ yrs of experience in Business Intelligence while working at organizations such as Arthur Anderson, FCCI, WellCare and currently IBM. From a technical perspective, Tom has experience working with Crystal Reports, SAS, SQL, Oracle and IBM Cognos.
Oscar Alvarado: Oscar is a seasoned resource with a BS in Computer Science as well as a MBA. Additionally he has 14+ years of experience in the installation, implementation, design and delivery of IBM Cognos solutions. More specifically, Oscar has been a lead consultant for organizations such as American Eagle, Delta, State Farm Insurance and many more!
